Quantum has been involved in the development of residential subdivisions, commercial mixed-use developments, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and apartment complexes. We have significant experience working with land planners, architects, engineers, municipalities, and SID underwriters to develop raw land or commercial buildings.
Quantum has also developed office buildings for single tenants. The UMB Bank at Village Pointe was a collaborative effort between Quantum and the bank to create a single tenant bank building that met their budget and provided a premier office presence in West Omaha.
Quantum will also work with clients to find sites and act as a fee-based developer where the business can focus on their business while we oversee the project using our experience, all in a mutually beneficial manner.
