OVERVIEW
In 2001, the partners from several complementary real estate ventures joined forces to form Quantum Quality Real Estate to develop, lease and manage a portfolio of quality real estate projects. Our team has extensive experience in all components of commercial real estate development, including architecture, construction, legal, leasing, financing and management. Using each member's talents, our team is able to develop projects with all the necessary resources to complete successful projects on a timeframe that tenants can depend upon.

Paul Brown has over 36 years of legal and business experience representing developers and tenants of major shopping centers, office buildings, office parks, industrial/flex developments and residential land developments. For the past two years, Brown has worked with the planning department, public works department and other agencies of the Omaha city government with which he has a close working relationship to obtain zoning entitlements and specialized tax-supported financing for the Village Pointe Shopping Center. In addition, Brown and his wife own a retail store which has provided him with a thorough understanding of the specialized needs of tenants. His responsibilities with Quantum include project financing, legal issues, rezoning and entitlements.

Rob Luellen has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction. Luellen also founded a start-up Internet company providing services to the construction industry. He has also been actively involved in ownership and management of residential and multi-family real estate. Luellen brings to the team the real estate, financial and marketing knowledge necessary for a strong real estate development business. He is responsible for the leasing and management of Quantum projects, including the Blondo Retail strip shopping center that was 100 percent leased prior to the completion of construction. Luellen is responsible for the overall leasing of Village Pointe East and serves as the property manager of Quantum's completed projects.

Randy Brown is an architect and partner with extensive experience in architecture and land planning. He is responsible for Quantum's land planning, project design and construction. He has been involved in land planning for several residential and commercial developments, including Village Pointe. Brown is an award-winning architect whose projects have received local, regional and national recognition. He is recognized as one of the 100 Best Designers in the United States and was recently honored with a fellowship in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) in 2006. His projects include the Briar Hills apartments, Better Business Bureau Headquarters (Omaha) and the Greater Omaha Packing Plant office building. Brown is currently working on the Hidden Creek residential development of modern eco-homes.

Scott Brown has substantial legal experience in commercial real estate, land development and various business activities. His representation has included the acquisition of property, financial analysis, rezoning entitlements, public financing through sanitary improvement districts, leasing and the ultimate disposition of commercial real estate. Scott also has extensive experience in assisting clients in tax-free exchanges, which defer the taxes on a sale of a property. Brown is a Quantum project manager in addition to being responsible for the acquistion of new projects, due diligence investigation, acquisition and disposition analysis, reviewing all major leasing activities and finalizing commercial lease negotiations for Quantum projects.

Alfred G. Thomsen has been active in the Omaha commercial real estate community for over 40 years. After serving 10 years as the real estate building manager for Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, Thomsen formed the Alfred G. Thomsen Company -- an Omaha-based commercial real estate firm that specialized in management, leasing, sales, development and consulting. The Alfred G. Thomsen Company served as the exclusive managing and leasing agent for the 30-story Woodmen Tower office building from 1966 through Al's retirement in 2001. He also participated in other Omaha projects, including the IBM building, First National Bank building, Omaha Tower and Old Mill. In addition, the Alfred G. Thomsen Company served as a consultant and leasing agent for the NBC Center in Lincoln, NE and numerous other office buildings throughout the United States as a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association's "International Building Planning Service Committee."
